1. How you got here in the first place – How did you end up so stressed in the first place? There’s a good chance you got there because you let things get out of control. Over time, this stress can lead to not only healthcare issues, but also relationship ones. Before you know it, your life could start to spiral out of control. 2. Are you getting the right treatments? When stress gets the better of you, it can lead to physical and emotional problems. As an example, chronic pain can set in. This can be for many different reasons. One could be that daily stress if preventing you from getting regular exercise or a good night of sleep. Either way, the toll on your health can mount.
