The Top 15 Super Bowl TV Commercials, Continued

Entries 1 through 5

5. Godaddy.com Wardrobe Malfunction (2005)

This one makes fun of Janet Jackson’s “Wardrobe Malfunction” in the previous year. It stars Candice Michelle who is super hot. There are a few different versions of this commercial. Here are two:

We’re sure Candice Michelle had nothing to do with the fact that we register all our domain names through godaddy.com. Nothing whatsoever.

4. monster.com – When I grow up… (1999)

This one made us LOL. Finally, an ad that tells the truth! Time for school, kids:

3. outpost.com – Tattoo (2000)

Excessive? Not to us, we think they have rather brilliantly described the advertising game. “Get ’em while they’re young” is the motto. Cereals, action figures, Camel cigarettes, and outpost.com. Let the indoctrination commence!

By the way, outpost.com is dead, dead, dead. The website now is run by Fry’s Electronics. Can you remember what they did? Yeah, we can’t either. This all happened during the dot-com boom. Forbes even calls Super Bowl XXXIV the Bubble Bowl due to the massive amount of dot-com ads that were shown during the game.

2. outpost.com – Release the Wolves (2000)

More senseless violence from now defunct dot-com operator outpost.com. Ravenous wolves attacking a high school marching band. That really is good stuff.

1. outpost.com – Cannon Gerbils (2000)

…. and again ….

We love this guy. outpost.com, you are by far the winners in our Super Bowl Commercial Hall of Fame, with Ameriquest coming in a close second. We tip a 40-ounce in your memory.

Keep Reading – Runners Up!
