Sleep Deprivation: Causes, Symptoms and Treatment

We spend quarter of our life in sleep. Occasional sleep and waking up late at night could lead to fatigue accretion. It occurs when we take less sleep or feel alert while sleeping. Irregular sleep contributes to the improper functioning of the nervous system. Children and young adults are more prone to sleep deprivation while older adults have the resistance towards it. Irregular sleep pattern is tied up with obesity, depression and cardiovascular diseases. Some people intentionally sleep late as they indulge themselves in late night movies, studies, and other activities while others do it unintentionally.

Sleep deprived in mostly cases is due to bad sleeping habits. Poor night sleep is a serious concern as it could affect mental health and disturb your immune system.
