1) Limited release Timberlands
As the name suggests, these shoes are available in limited quantities throughout the fall season of 2016. Made with a high cut, thick boot soles, and fabrics from leather to suede, these kicks will make a statement that few other shoes can possibly make on your behalf.
The availability of these boots are very limited, so be sure to find out the days when they will be made available, as these models have gone very quickly in the past. Wake up too late on drop day, and you might find yourself out of luck.
2) Self-lacing sneakers
First conceived as a plot device in the iconic movie Back to the Future 2, self-lacing sneakers have become a real world example of life imitating art.
Aware that the year 2015 was approaching quickly (which was the year that Marty and Doc traveled to when they beamed themselves into the future at the end of the first Back to the Future movie), a variety of shoe companies have been racing to develop lace-less models of sneakers that will appeal to their customers.
From Nike’s Sock Dart to Adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged, there is a variety of these new type of shoes that have just hit the market recently. If they catch on, we may just move one step closer to living in the Back to the Future universe, albeit a few years behind schedule.
3) Air Jordans designed by Drake
Drake is one of the hottest artists in hip-hop these days, but he’s managed to find some time to branch out from music into the high-end sneaker market. Teaming up with the creative minds behind the Air Jordan sneaker line, they and Drake have come up with the Air Jordan x OVO 10 Black.
As the name suggests, it is a stunning sneaker done almost exclusively in black shades, with gold flakes around the outsoles. If you see these online or in stores, grab them fast, as the original stock sold out very quickly when it was released earlier this year.
