    Find an Accountability Partner

    An accountability partner will keep you on track when you’re feeling down. Some days you’ll get up and do your workout just because you don’t want to disappoint your partner. And make sure that whatever exercise you choose you and your male partner buy the right workout equipment. For instance if you are into riding bikes as your exercise, get the best bicycles for men.

    Adopt a Dog

    If you want to have a solid reason to get outside, then a dog could be just what the doctor ordered. When you have a dog, you have to take them out for a walk. You have to get them outside for some exercise.

    Before you adopt a dog, make sure you’re up for the commitment since you can’t bow out of it as easily as a gym membership. Even a short walk with your dog a few times a day can make a big difference in how you feel and your health, so don’t underestimate the power of the pup.
