Here’s a heinous murder that took place in the Ocala metro area, Florida. Summerfield, Florida, to be exact, which is an unincorporated part of Marion county.
Amber Wright (15) was dating Seath Jackson (15), but then broke up with him to date new boyfriend Mike Bargo (18). Detectives said a seething hatred soon developed between Jackson and Bargo.
Detectives said Amber Wright and another female Charlie Ely (18) lured Seath Jackson to Ely’s Summerfield home. When Jackson arrived at the house, Kyle Hooper (16) and Justin Soto (20) jumped him and beat him in the head with a wooden object. They then shot him multiple times. When Jackson tried to escape, Soto tackled Jackson so Amber’s new boyfriend Mike Bargo (18) could shoot him again.
His knees were broken so he could be stuffed into a sleeping bag and then thrown into a fire pit to be burned. His remains were then put into paint cans and dropped into a quarry.

Charlie Ely says she took part in the murder because the others threatened to kill her. “It was a gun pointed in my face and everything.”
Ely said she’s “really not a bad person” and that she feels sorry for Jackson and his family, adding that she had met Jackson only twice before the incident. Ely also said she’s never been behind bars and has been to jail only to visit her father, husband, and uncle.

I Live in a seaside town in Devon, England.. The way these Children lived is almost beyond my comprehension. 15 yrs old & having regular Sex (Amber & Seath ‘almost lived together’ so I’m guessing the so called ”parents” allowed this). 15 yrs old and smoking dope daily. 15 yrs old & smoking crack. 15 yrs old and not at school.. 15 yrs old with a criminal record. 15 years old & horrifically, brutally Murdered… The blame for Seath Jackson’s sordid, sad, short life & ultimately his death lays in the hands of us & our society. We quietly allow children to be raised this way by ignoring them & writing them off as failures while they’re still in kindergardenl, just because they live in a bad area.
It is really sad what parents let their children get away with these days.. it is almost as if they are afraid to raise them. Good parents are hard to come by.
I knew Seath and Amber for a super long time. They both seemed like amazing people. Seath however, was kinda mean to a lot of people. I knew he was on drugs a lot of the time, but that was just him and he was trying to fix it. Seath didn’t deserve to die, absolutely not killed. As for Amber, I can’t just give up on her. God forgives, so should I. It might take a long time for me to forgive her, but I still will. I don’t really know the other 6 people involved very well, but, It happened, We can’t change it now. All we can do is be there for each other and Seaths Family. (:
Could you forgive this person if they did it to one of your family members? God forgives those who are sorry for there sins, they burned this intelligent kid. Drugs or not the only person that I could stand by is up in the heavens. He doesn’t get to speak up because Amber and her group took that away.
Britani H: To say “God forgives, so should I” is not your responsibility. Of all the endless murders that occur, in this case… premeditated murders, this really takes the cake. What a perfect example of kids inciting violence just to see what happens, and then deny responsibility at all costs. This is the absolute worst behavior/mentality that exists in our country and to play the “god forgives all” card makes me sick to my stomach. Each one of them knew exactly what they were doing and caved in to sick desire. Not a single one of them tried to be brave. I don’t think anyone can really be in that boys shoes when he was tortured and shot. You can’t. How can you? How can you feel what he feels, when you’re sitting there sympathizing with one of the lead suspects in his death? I can’t claim what should happen to them, all I know is the divinity of forgiveness is quickly fading as people excuse themselves from murder.

Just reading those chats I can tell that Seath was annoying and childish. Kids need to stop cursing and talking shit! All of them have no respect for rules or each other, can’t forget to mention life in general. Kids need to learn.. this isn’t the way to do it. Hope they all get life at least.

These kids are typical of the thousands of trailer trash losers that Florida is famous for. Low lifes tend to gravitate to Florida like flies to stink…and then they breed. It seems like everytime I read a story of some horrible,grisly,bizarre crime…it happened in Florida.
So tonight on E! Charlie Ely was shown on” teen girls that kill”, even if she claims she didnt know what was to take place in her home on that day, is bull…..she knew, they all knew they somehow actually thought they’d get away with it. Goes to show you where are these parents when all this is going on?? do you really not care where your child hangs out or is???? Its crazy how once kids become teens parents think oh! I dnt have to watch them…. kids are dumb, anger, hormones I mean this ppl are just kids……so sad, tht a child had to loose his life because people didnt keep an eye on their teens activities. Wow, Larry. I live in Naples. We happen to have a VERY nice community. It seems to me, the further inland you go (away from the water), the more shady it gets. There are many poor communities in the central part of the state. While I will agree that a lot of crazy stuff happens in Florida, it also happens all over the country. I would wager that a majority of other state’s criminal activity also occurs in the poorer areas.
Gee…I guess you won’t be coming down for vacation. Too bad, you have no idea what beautiful beaches you’re missing. The majority of this state’s money comes from tourism for a reason! People come from all over the world to experience the beauty here. : )

You know what, felt badly about this kid, thought it was a sick act, but after reading his facebook comments, and saw his status saying that we should go back to the old days and hang the’niggers’ and be rid of them… I am glad he is gone. All of these kids were low life trash. The whole world is better off without any of them.

This entire incident is a tradegy. And Vic, whose comment above is about the sickest thing I’ve ever read,hopefully will wake up and realize how sick he is. No one under the age of 18 should be sentenced to life in prison. It’s wrong. It’s unjust. I hope judge eddy–fucking prick–pays a high price for robbing these kids of their lives.
