Hulk Hogan Coulda Gone Totally O.J. On His Wife. Totally.

Hulk Hogan told Rolling Stone magazine that he coulda gone “O.J.” after being faced with the idea of his wife being with a 19 year old, who shares a bed with her and drives Hogan’s Escalade around:

“I could have turned everything into a crime scene like O.J., cutting everybody’s throat.”
“You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can’t go to anymore, you’re driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife. I totally understand O.J. I get it.”

A spokesman for Linda Hogan said Wednesday that the statement amounts to a death threat and that her attorney is “weighing all options necessary to protect his client.” “Sadly, his recent comments remind us that his definition of fair is much different than what the law dictates,” Linda Hogan said in a written statement. Her spokesman, Gary Smith, said “We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro wrestlers.”

Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) explains himself to Fox 13 news in Tampa:

“Of course, I could have even went out and done like O.J. Simpson but I chose not to. I chose to take the high road because I walk in the spirit of Christ, I’m positive, and I’m away from that whole negative marriage and that whole negative ‘hate the world’ mentality….I didn’t flip out, I didn’t snap, I didn’t do an O.J. I chose to take the high road.”

Linda Hogan (Claridge) married the Hulkster on December 18, 1983. They have a daughter Brooke and son Nick. On November 20, 2007, the 48 year old Linda filed for divorce and started dating 19 year old Charlie Hill, who was a student at Brooke and Nick’s high school. Hulk Hogan is now married to Jennifer McDaniel.
