The infamous photo of Miley (aka Hannah Montana) exposed with nothing but a sheet comes from Vanity Fair magazine. It was a shoot done by photographer Annie Leibovitz (and daddy Billy Ray was there to witness, along with mom Tish). At first Miley said it was artsy, but soon got embarrassed.
