A 14 year old boy, lured to the Best Western hotel in Tempe, Arizona, thinks he’s meeting up with a sexually active young cheerleader. Imagine his surprise when it turns out to be a 49 year old english teacher! And she doesn’t look anything like a cheerleader! In a case where the student is definitely not hot for teacher, Rosanna Brown gets in trouble for pretending to be a cheerleader and having relations with a minor, and is arrested by Phoenix police. Update – September 27, 2011
Rosanna Brown was handed a harsh prison sentence. After pleading guilty to one count of sexual conduct with a minor, and two counts of attempted molestation of a child, she was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
It turns out that there was indeed sex involved. Here is the scenario as described:
When he got to the hotel, Brown — still posing as a young cheerleader — told the boy to turn off the lights. The two then had sex in the dark, again, the boy under the impression he was having sex with a young cheerleader. At some point during the sexual rendezvous, the boy realized his “cheerleader” wasn’t what she seemed — as Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Lisa Allen told New Times at the time of Brown’s arrest, she’s “pretty heavy.”
Brown ended up hiding in the hotel bathroom but deputies came by and arrested her.
