The video was broadcast over the ship’s internal system to a crew of almost 6,000.
The video was first seen in Norfolk’s Virginian-Pilot web site. Hosted by Captain Owen Honors, executive officer at the time, the vid features some anti-gay language, girls in a shower, and some simulated sex acts.
After the video was published by Norfolk’s Virginian-Pilot web site, head of Fleed Forces Command Admiral John Harvey ordered an investigation.
