Homely Hookups in India

Written by Bill G on October 9th, 2008 in alternative lifestyles, culture, funny pictures, travel.

There’s a website called Bharat Matrimony. I guess the idea is to help arrange marriages between people of Indian descent. (I believe “Bharat” is another name for India).

“Homely” does mean exactly that in British English, which Indians speak. So that you don’t go astray in the future, I recommend http://home-ed.info/language.htm

Allan, What is this “British” that you are referring to? I seriously cannot wrap my American imperial mind around it. Sorry.
