“I saw Lindsay kissing Samantha Claus”… err, Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted kissing and holding hands with her good friend, Samantha Ronson, on P Diddy’s yacht in Cannes.

Rumors say that the 21-year-old actress is engaged to Ronson, 30, who’s openly gay.

Lohan’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, denied the reports, but Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, said in an interview with US Weekly that the pair’s relationship is “evident to anyone with half a brain.” He later denied making those remarks.

According to British tabloids, Lohan has told friends she wants to have a partnership ceremony with Ronson at Dolly Parton’s theme park, Dollywood, in July.

Ronson is a British DJ, or something. She’s the daughter of writer-socialite Ann Dexter-Jones and guitarist Mick Ronson. After her parents broke up, her mother married Foreigner guitarist Mick Jones.

Ronson is also the co-owner of the New York City nightclub The Plumm. And she wants to pull her hair out.
