Ex-Davidsen Middle Teacher Stephanie Ragusa, 28, has been jailed in a student sex case.

A 15-year-old boy (name withheld) told police that a sexual relationship developed between him and math teacher Stephanie Marie Ragusa when he was 14, and she was teaching at Davidsen Middle, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said. Late Thursday afternoon, deputies arrested Ragusa, 28, at her Lake Bella Vista Drive home in Tampa and charged her with five counts of lewd and lascivious battery.
She is accused of having sex at least five times with the teen from Oct. 1, 2006, to May 4. One of the encounters took place while the teen should have been in an after-school class, and others occurred in Ragusa’s car and apartment, sheriff’s spokeswoman Debbie Carter said.
Ragusa started working for the school district in 2006 at Madison Middle School in South Tampa, Hegarty said. She voluntarily transferred midyear to Davidsen in Town ‘N Country but it is unclear why, he said. Most recently Ragusa has been working at Martinez Middle School in Lutz. The school’s Web site lists her as a seventh-grade math teacher.
Another Florida teacher busted for teaching something other than the assigned curriculum.

This girl is a client of mine and she told everyone that she was hospitalized for breast cancer and needed special treatments to make her payments late. We called her and made offers to help her. We later found out it was because she was in jail. She is disgraceful and gross, not sure why the boys bothered w/ her after seeing her picture.

Woman charged in golf course quarrel

LAND O’LAKES - Pasco County sheriff’s deputies charged a 25-year-old woman with aggravated battery Thursday after her golfing partner claimed she beat him with a club on the 10th tee at Plantation Palms.
According to a Sheriff’s Office report, Michael Zak of Land O’Lakes told deputies he got into an argument with Stephanie Marie Ragusa of Tampa about 4:25 p.m. Zak said Ragusa hit him repeatedly with a golf club, and a deputy reported several red marks appeared on his back. Zak told the deputy he took the golf club away and broke it.
Ragusa told Deputy Mark Connor that she did get into an argument with Zak while playing golf with him, but denied striking him.
Ragusa, of 12442 Berkeley Square Drive, was charged with aggravated battery. She remained in the county jail in Land O’Lakes in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Well i honestly do not think Stephanie Ragusa did any of things to any of these students. In which one of them wasn’t even a student at her school. I think they have no get more evidence, and if they do “make it stick.”
