Is Rielle Hunter Having John Edwards’ Love Child?

The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively that Rielle Hunter, a woman linked to Edwards in a cheating scandal earlier this year, is more than six months pregnant — and she’s told a close confidante that Edwards is the father of her baby!
The ENQUIRER has now confirmed not only that Rielle is expecting, but that she’s gone into hiding with the help of a former aide to Edwards. The visibly pregnant blonde has relocated from the New York area to Chapel Hill, N.C., where she is living in an upscale gated community near political operative Andrew Young, who’s been extremely close to Edwards for years and was a key official in his presidential campaign.
And in a bizarre twist, Young — a 41-year-old married man with young children — now claims HE is the father of Rielle’s baby! But others are skeptical, wondering if Young’s paternity claim is a cover-up to protect Edwards.

The original story about the supposed affair actually came up in October.
“The affair started about 18 months ago,” a friend says the woman confessed to her. “When they met at a bar, sparks flew immediately.
“She never expected it would turn sexual since John is married and is running for President. But it soon did — and she fell for him.”
In one bombshell e-mail message provided to The NATIONAL ENQUIRER, the woman confesses to a friend she’s “in love with John,” but it’s “difficult because he is married and has kids.”
In another e-mail, she writes: “Last night and this a.m., he actually has amazed me. He is a great man. My heart is loud and my head is silenced.”

And it’s all because of a review I did of the now-defunct Breathe magazine, a yoga-meets-lifestyle magazine, in which I mentioned an article about former hard-partying girl Rielle Hunter who claimed that she found enlightenment. Now Rielle Hunter is a hot news item for making mini-documentaries of Presidential candidate John Edwards that the Edwards campaign apparently doesn’t want to show. Former vice-Presidential candidate Edwards’s campaign is lagging behind the campaigns of Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Obama. Until Rielle Hunter came along, no one had brought as much life into his campaign as Ann Coulter!
Realize, of course, there’s no proof of any of this.
John Edwards said: The story is “completely untrue, ridiculous…I’ve been in love with the same women for 30-plus years and as anybody who’s been around us knows, she’s an extraordinary human being, warm, loving, beautiful, sexy and as good a person as I have ever known,” he said. ”So the story’s just false.”
Rielle Hunter said at the time: “The innuendoes and lies that have appeared on the internet and in the National Enquirer concerning John Edwards are not true, completely unfounded and ridiculous. My video production company was hired by the Edwards camp on a 6 month contract, which we completed December 31, 2006. When working for the Edwards camp, my conduct as well as the conduct of my entire team was completely professional. This concocted story is just dirty politics and I want no part of it.”
Remember - this stuff was 2 months ago. But now with Rielle Hunter pregnant, who knows what will come up? If the story isn’t true, Enquirer is coming dangerously close to lawsuit territory.

I actually live in the Governor’s Club and there are no rental properties and no one named Andrew Young lives here. The whole story seems to be fake, and that is probably why it has not been published in the magazine just online.

Who is David Perel? John Edwards knows.
Mr. Perel is the courageous man who is standing up to the lies and distortion of John Edwards and making the case that, at the very very very minumum, that the former coke head TOLD her FRIENDS that she BELIEVES that she is carrying JOHN EDWARD’s BABY. Whether it’s his or not is not the point.
And, He ain’t backing Down!!! He stands by his story that John Edwards is a cheater and that his “love child” is on the way.
In the hierarchy of American tabloids, The National Enquirer, based in Boca Raton, Fla., is considered the most respectable. It boasts the largest newspaper circulation in the country at nearly 3 million. Editor-in-chief David Perel majored in English at the University of Maryland, went to work for the Washington Post and took a year off to travel. He began his career with the Enquirer as a reporter 19 years ago. He is married, with three children and a rabbit.
He’s the messenger. So vette him. So John Edwards can join the group of:
Gary Hart, Dick Morris, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Arnold Schwartneggar, and the long list of cheaters that only the tabloids have the courage to out!

In a political party…the dems….a party almost entirely corrupt, john edwards is carving out his own slimey corner. A man who has personally enriched himself by manipulating stupid southern juries with junk science and raw emotion to blame good doctors and hospitals for causing cerebal palsey kids…..that the doctors had NOTHING to do with….has now hit a new low, cheating on his cancer stricken wife, impregnating a campaign worker and blaming Andrew Young for his deeds…..this is particularly disgusting when we remember how Edwards trotted out his wife’s illness in a sympathy play…..God help us if a loser like this becomes president.

– Well, apparently he’s not gay — (or he’s at least bi). I just don’t think this happened. If he wanted to have an affair he could do sooo much better.

TO BILL: This is about one man, John Edwards. How can you paint the DEMOCRATS as corrupt and not mention the REPUBLICANS? At least most Democrats cheat with women, while a lot of Republicans have been caught cheating on their with men (while trying to claim homosexuality as immoral). Also, look at the members of congress with morals charges brought against them in the last 10 years. Just a week ago your great Alaskan senator was busted for taking bribes from big oil. Corruption is wide spread in the REPUBLICAN party too, so don’t start pretending DEMOCRATS are the party of corruption… Not that anyone who has read a newspaper would believe your crap anyway.
And while cheating on your wife is obviously wrong (and not a mistake a political candidate can afford to make), it’s not impossible to see why someone who’s wife has been sick for a long time could wind up seeking physical affection from someone else who circumstance put in his path. To those who think he could “do better” with his cheating, a woman with a wild streak can be desirable to a longtime family man.

Why did you bring up Clinton? Should I bring up Newt? For every Democrat, there is also a Republican who has been caught cheating on his wife. My point is, it is hypocritical to only point out the slimeballs who belong to the “other” party. Either stick to John Edwards, or admit there are tons of slimeballs in both parties. When you point to just Democrats (or just Edwards and Clinton) as being cheaters, then you just aren’t being honest.
