I seriously don’t know what it is with the Dutch and Muslims.

_{The Segbroek police station in The Hague borrowed the idea of putting compass marks on ceilings from an Amsterdam hotel, the Dutch daily De Telegraaf reported on Friday.}

_{Muslims pray five times a day, facing east in the direction of Mecca. But the arrows in Segbroek pointed west.}

_{“This is a really gigantic, stupid blunder,” a police spokesman told the De Telegraaf.}

Between this and the whole stupid Mohamed Cartoon Thing, it makes me wonder if Dutch Muslims shouldn’t be smoking more pot?  I mean, Amsterdam’s right there, and besides, it’s a tradition.

p.s. Jailed-up Muslims: I’m sure God will forgive you for praying in the wrong direction.  If he exists, I mean.  It’s the shit that landed you in jail that you maybe have to worry about.
