Over 30,000 people attended the festival, which took place earlier in the month in Pryor, Oklahoma. Performers included POISON, RATT, QUIET RIOT, SLAUGHTER, VINCE NEIL, DOKKEN, WINGER, SKID ROW, TWISTED SISTER and QUEENSRŸCHE.
DEF LEPPARD, IRON MAIDEN and JUDAS PRIEST are among the rumored bands that Rocklahoma festival organizers are trying to book for next year’s event, scheduled to take place July 11-13, 2008.

Its good to see this kind of concert after all these years, and it looks like its gonna be bigger than any other concert this country has seen before…thanks for bringing this to my city…..

THIS TOUR IS AWESOME. BRING ON THE MULLETS, BRING ON THE PABST, BRING ON THE LEATHER JACKETS, BRING ON THE LOOSE SLUTS NAMED RHONDA WHO CHAIN SMOKE MENTHOLS LIKE THEIR GOING AWAY FOR GOOD.
THIS IS GONNA BE A TOTALLY AWESOME SPECTACLE..
ONE RIVETING AND IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE LIKE THOSE EARLY MORNING PILEUPS ON THE INTERSTATE.

This is the FREAKIN’ COOLEST thing oklahoma has, i think, EVER had, i mean
there are people coming from Australia there are people coming from Spain and
South America buying there tickets in advance to come where? to come to see
the only hair metal event with 19 bands coming together at once for Oklahoma
but its not in any city like Tulsa or Oklahoma City but Pryor this is definitely going to
Kick Some Ass!!! haha but all i would like to say is 1st of all buy your tix NOW!!!
and 2nd of all IF IT’S TOO LOUD, YOUR TOO OLD!!!

This is like a dream come true! So many great bands at the same event.
I would love to come, but it is a little too far away for me. I live in North
Carolina and actually heard about this from Ace and TJ on the radio
from Charlotte, NC.I think Ace is planning on coming.I know this will be
an amazing show and I wish I could be there.
