From OutOnTheNet and other sources:

Britney Spears is still at the Promises rehab center in Malibu, California. She has recently confessed that she has been bulimic since she was 16 years old. Apparently, a friend of hers told Star Magazine

“She’d pig out on junk food - chips, candy, cola, and ice cream - and then she’d feel so guilty she’d go make herself throw up.”

Other reports say she is visited by Kevin Federline and her children several times, and she’s reading Down Came the Rain: My Journey Through Postpartum Depression by Brooke Shields. She has been diagnosed as bi-polar and is taking medication.

In other news, there are reports of some kind of video involving Britney and dancers at NYC’s Club One.

“If that thing goes on the Internet,” says a source, “it’s going to be big trouble. It might be what they need to take [Spears'] kids away from her.”

According to AC:

Rush and Molloy has reported that photographs of Britney Spears nude has already received a bid of $150,000.

As for the tape, it is reported that the video includes Britney Spears and the dancers having sex as well using drugs. The video is actually the security video used in the club. According to sources, the security cameras caught the two dancers and Britney Spears getting ‘hot and heavy’ while backstage at the club. National Ledger states that a source close to one of the dancers is saying the girls were fired from the club after footage was reviewed by management.
