Britney Spears Goes Ballistic

X17 sent their paparazzi to follow Britney around. She loses it and attacks their car with an umbrella.
They have Video of the event. At the end, one guy shows a bruise on his back, supposedly from Britney hitting him with her umbrella. (But there is no footage of the act itself).
According to TMZ, Britney Spears returned to rehab for the third time.
… this will be Spears’ last chance — if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.
…Spears showed up at Federline’s house to see the children last night and he wouldn’t let her in. Sources say the kids are now in the custody of Federline, and have been since last week.
…Spears’ inpatient rehab program is supposed to last between 30 and 45 days.

Normally this kinda stuff isn’t really my thing, but I’m going to guess and say there’s a stimulant involved here, and its not coffee or tea. Crank, methamphetamine, crystal, speed, etc. Shaved head, erratic violent behavior, in & out or rehab. She’s totally got that mad tweeker look in that picture, complete with the grinding teeth, wide eyes. That stuff is pretty popular with trailer trash, so yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised at all.
